Also will be the first ever Maltese citizen to do the Dakar Rally.

Patsy Quick & Clive Town of Desert Rose Racing. Patsy was the first ever British woman to compete in the Dakar and support many newcomers with her training programmes, support and advice. Off road training with Clive Town (also a Dakar veteran) passing on his remarkable coaching skills and experience will help give Kevin & Perry an edge for any obstacle they may face.
For this sort of adventure the standard off road bike will need a total rebuild to cope with the extreme racing and heat. Kevin & Perry are undergoing physical preparation with master physical instructor Chris Mamo. After eleven years with the British Army consisting of three operational tours, Chris left the army with a rack of qualifications under his belt and gaining the rank of master physical instructor. Now living back in Malta, Chris is preparing Kevin & Perry for one of the worlds toughest off road challenges. When only the best will do, Chris is the man for the job!
TV & Media
British television presenter Anne Davies, a close friend of Kevin & Perry, has pledged to help with interviews as well as suggesting and offering the services of her cameraman David Hoare, who has accepted to join the team and catalogue their race on film.
Filming will begin from the first step on the tread mill until the last step off the plane when Kevin & Perry arrive back in Malta.
Some of the shooting will be documented from the Helicopter and also provide a daily diary from the guys at the bivouac.
